If it's used during your turn, it's really cool since you can attack or otherwise use the revived monsters' effects or use them for Tributes or so on. But during the opponent's turn, it highly depends on what was destroyed and what you have in the Grave, and it's not the best idea to run cards just for specific situations like this, and in the best case, it just serves as a shield.
