Ultimate Infliction:

How would this work if you chain a card? Let's say the duel just started and I had 7800 LP to my opponents 8000. I activate Ultimate Infliction, then I activate Chain Strike. Chain strike inflicts 400. Infliction inflicts 7800. I know it says you can't win in 2 turns but... I don't think a card effect can trump a basic game play mechanic.

And what happens if you can declare a win, but not through life points? Like if you draw the fifth piece of Exodia or finish Destiny Board or something?

Game Survival:

If you activate this card, you're only doing it because your opponent is about to win. So you win one extra turn to draw into your next card that is your game winning card and... why wouldn't you just run one less card?

I thought about this card for a Final Countdown deck, but then I realized that "Your opponent cannot win the Duel" is a bullshit effect because it doesn't prevent them from attacking. So let's say I have 3 Blue Eyes White Dragon and attack with all of them. You chain Game Survival. "Okay". I end my turn, and declare victory the instant your turn starts because you have zero life points.

tl;dr - I don't think "You cannot win the Duel" and "Your opponent cannot win the Duel" are legit effects.
