After reading about it, I thought it sounded like a lot of butt hurt. So, what do you think YCM?
Sora1499
It IS a lot of butthurt! "My sub is 1/4 of an inch shorter than a foot! I'm suing!" Typical American attitude that pisses me off.
Nathanael D. Striker
Yea, I mean how are you supposed to make the bread exactly a foot when you bake it? That and how do you cut the bread so it is exactly half a foot? It's time consuming and it shouldn't be expected from people.
Sora1499
Agreed. We just like to leap at the chance to cheat other people out of money. It disgusts me. Now I'm hungry for a sub! ;~;
Just Crouton
I eat at Subway twice a week, three-four times some weeks. He added that his firm "will be investigating to find out if Subway intentionally made sandwiches smaller to profit unfairly off consumer deception." Other than faking the nutrition facts for their bread, why would Subway deliberately make bread an inch shorter?
Sora1499
They probably didn't, it's just people being whiny.
Nathanael D. Striker
If people are going to complain about the size of their subs, what's stopping them about complaining about the size of their hamburgers? I mean, hamburgers have just about the same uncertainty.
Sora1499
On the go, it's probably harder to find out the weight of a hamburger than the length of a sub, so we don't question it.
Makο
The butthurt it's blinding Seriously, though. This is ridiculous. Not only would a lawsuit like this not be worth the time of EITHER party, but like it matters anyway. It is rather difficult to regulate the exact size of every loaf of bread cooked due to natural variations. Plus, who cares about the size of the bread anyway? It's the stuffing that matters. I'd be happy saving a few extra calories on that inch of bread lost.
Nathanael D. Striker
In America, it's all about the money. I hate the lengths certain people go just to get money. This is pathetic.

I really hope the jury is composed of half-wits and this shameful excuse for a lawsuit gets over and done with.

I don't like hearing people say stuff like that. The reason such an impression exists is because people don't usually want to hear about the good Samaritan who puts everything else above money. Not trying to thrust blame on the news or whatever. Just what I think. There are many a good person around; it's just hardly noticed. Also, it's the United States of America. Don't pull other countries into our mess.

Makο
Then why'd you generalize like that? It was rather broad. Also, just sayin'.
Sora1499
Cuz most people refer to USA as America. It's just the way it is.
Makο
Wasn't referring to that, but alright.

Anyways OT: I live in the usa and to be honest this is a pretty stupid thing. Really, some people (and not just in the usa) take things to the extreme sometimes. This is one such occasion. Legend Zero
Hey guys, like, stop spamming. OT: This isn't surprising, seeing as how one of the latest fads was to upload a pic of your sub next to a ruler.

OT: This isn't surprising, seeing as how one of the latest fads was to upload a pic of your sub next to a ruler. ...I'm mad that became a thing. The Amazing Avian
Besides this being stupid, its just gonna be a monetary loss for both sides anyway. Why even bother suing?
