newhat Posted January 30, 2013 Report Share Posted January 30, 2013 Sometimes you can't use Spells. Dust Tornado's second effect is often forgotten but it's critical for Chain Material OTK. Breaker wastes your normal summon and is not really comparable. Twister is only better than this if you're playign Treacherous Trap Hole. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme Posted January 31, 2013 Report Share Posted January 31, 2013 To be honest, I've never found a use for its secondary effect, though it could be good if you're very afraid of your opponent's Heavying and don't want to set another Compulse from hand quite yet.
