Blake
You can banish 2 Dragon-Type or WATER monsters from your hand or Graveyard, except this card; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. During your opponent's End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Return it to the hand. You can send this card and 1 other WATER monster from your hand to the Graveyard; send 1 monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. When this card is banished: Add 1 WATER Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "Tidal, the Waterfall Suppressor Dragon" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Wiki says it's "Tidal, the Waterfall Supressor Dragon", but I've yet to see another source say that. Anyways, the foolish is nice, but... The card does waaaaaaaay too much. I'm sure the other dragons, especially Tempest, are similar.
Aix
Yeah but it can only do one of its effects and only once per turn.
Lonk
It's effect is a cost, so it can be ran in Mermailanteans *shot* Of course, though it can be a boss for a deck, it can be used with the other 3 dragons in their own deck, which I find slightly unusual. Althemia
These cards are so stupid now that I've actually seen them in play. Being able to drop a variable boss monster whenever you want is kinda silly.
Alpakha
It made my Slushy Daedalus so much more consistent. Now I nuke with Daedalus or Neo-Daedalus then swarm with tidal. I love it. Aside from that, the card is broke.
