Its silly, but its how it is. This is also not entirely sure. The Byond Game "Cardfight Capital" was recently pulled off the hub due to copyright issues from Bushiroad, the company that makes Cardfight!! Vanguard. In Japan, the copyright laws on Intellectual Property basically say that if you don't vehemently defend your property, you lose your coypright. So it's kinda the same deal there, too.
