Cute Rotten Yoshika Posted February 13, 2013 Report Share Posted February 13, 2013 A monster can be Flip Summoned if, this turn, it has not 1) been Summoned 2) declared an attack 3) changed its Battle Position because a Flip Summon is basically a change in Battle Position. right. those are the rules of flip summoning. i was referring to a monster which has an effect like "This card cannot be Flip Summoned." which as far as im aware of doesnt exist. Yes, cards that say it cannot be SUMMONED if there's a certain condition. Nomis say "cannot be Normal Summoned or Set", they don't specify flip summoning.
