You can discard this card to add 1 "Final Countdown" to your hand from your Deck or Graveyard. During each of your Standby Phases; Increase the turn count by 2(the turn continues as normal). If you have 1 or more "Final Countdown" in your Graveyard, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.

---

This is my second card in my 100 Single Challenge. Honestly, I've been working with this idea for awhile. We all know that Final Countdown is probably the least consistent way to win a duel and is just downright stupid to play. I have been playing with the idea to make the card more playable. An entire archetype that deals with turn counts. Well, the archetype never or rather hasn't been kick started yet, but here is a single from the planned set. Obviously it is a searcher for Final Countdown and then field support as well.

CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and OCG help is always appreciated

REPS will be given to GOOD reviews.

I'm sorry but the idea of supporting a Stall Deck, which is horrible for the game, is ungodly horrible. Also, Final Countdown is a Normal Spell Card, once you activate it, it goes to the Graveyard, so you can't have such thing as a face-up "Final Countdown" and it doesn't matter if Final Countdown goes to the Graveyard. Seriously, Stall Decks are bad and Final Countdown already has enough stall to sustain it for 20+ turns without this card or turning the turn count forwards:

- One Day of Peace (Indestructible +0 Stall and draw power, 6 turns)

- Battle Fader (Almost unstoppable stall that gives you a wall, 12 turns now, and more with your wall)

- Threatening Roar (Chainable Stall, 18 turns now)

- Waboku (Chainable Stall, 24 turns)

- Swift Scarecrow (30 turns)

Plus, there's Hope for Escape which can easily give you 2 cards or more with Upstart Goblin.

Something like this would break it. I would suggest that you make it so that you cannot activate S/T cards in some way to prevent all of those things and then, it is possible to make a turn-count archetype. But, such a stall design idea is bad because it gets rid of Player Interaction. Though, you could make cards that require you to battle and interact with your opponent to work.

I have no idea why I thought Final Countdown was a Continuous...brain fart. I see what you mean by creating a set with the existing stall cards. But with just this card, does it break the game? Will edit.

Go to hell. No, really, go there, take your bad ideas with you, and burn for eternity. The game doesn't need support for badly designed alternative win conditions. I don't even know why you're asking for comments given how the card allows you to search Final Countdown, which, as said before, is nothing but a 10 turn stall deck. Oh, no, sorry, I meant a 4 turn stall deck.

tl;dr: Don't make support cards for badly designed alt-win conditions and expect people to actually comment on the card when you do so.
