Pros : Doesnt have to discard 1 card.

and can use monsters from your hand.

Cons : Can't use opponent's monsters.

Can be negated with multiple traps, including seven tools.

Cannot be used against decree

Cannot be used during turn its set.

Only activates during the Battle Phase.

 

There's one more good point and one more bad point.

 

 

 

OT:
I'd say it should be more chainable than that. Make it able to Fuse at any time, not just during the Battle Phase. Fusions are way inferior to Synchros in design, they need more specific materials, they need a catalist (Polymerization and co.), and generally their effects are just good at best. Also, there are Contact Fusions that are incompatible with it, so they are one less thing to worry about.

For that, I think it could get away without the "during the Battle Phase" part.

It might actually even get away with an extra positive effect, be it burn, healing Life, ATK boost, imunity to the Fusion, or simply drawing a card, or many other possibilities and it'd still not be broken.

As said above, fusions are inferior to Synchros, and thus supporting counterparts for them should kick a little more umph, so make it more chainable, as previously mentioned. And maybe add 'Cards cannot be chained to this card's activation or the Fusion Summoned monster's Summoning.' This way you avoid Solemns and Trap Holes. Just another thought, perhaps find better images, I know this can be hard, but having more interesting images will definitely bring in more comments and reviews. It isn't a terrible card just needs some more work, although I think I would prefer Super Polymerization to this.
