First to 3 votes wins. Voting will end 3/31/13. 4. Both contestants will make a Synchro Tuner. That's the only specification. Once per turn: discard 1 card; you can add this card to your hand (it is treated as a Tuner Monster; when it is Tribute Summoned: it has 1000 ATK).
