Northern Sage
When a "V" monster declares an attack: Send all "V" cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, gain 500 Life Points for each card sent, then shuffle your opponent's Deck, then send cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, equal to the number of cards that were sent to the Graveyard by this effect × 5. While this card is face-up on the field, negate the effects of all "V" monsters, also "V" monsters cannot declare an attack. And IRL effect: When an opponent's Xyz Monster declares an attack: Target thatmonster; that target cannot attack, and its effects are negated. During each of their End Phases, while that target is face-up on the field: Your opponent sends the top 2 cards of their Deck to the Graveyard. When that target leaves the field, destroy this card. Zazubat
So why not just use Fiendish Chains? It can target any monster. It's mill effect is interesting, I don't think it's too useful though.
Wildflame
The anime effect is pretty ridiculous. IRL is a bad Fiendish Chain. Still digging the name and artwork though.
Bringerofcake
Weevil Underwood anyone?
evilfusion
What the hell? That anime effect... The RL effect seems mildly amusing, but too conditional. You'd need multiple copies of this to really hurt the opponent's Deck in a timely fashion.
Blake
All I'm getting from all of this is that Vector took the best parts of Weevil, Yami Marik, and Antimony and put them together.
EmpoleMew
You know, the anime effect would be pretty ridiculous if it wasn't situational beyond all logical belief.
Jord200
You know, the anime effect would be pretty ridiculous if it wasn't situational beyond all logical belief. Imagine if it worked on ANY card that simply started with the letter V. Sheesh.
