Nostalgic Video Games

So when I was rather small, there was a swedish edutainment game me and my brother were very fond of. It revolved around building boats with ship parts and traverse the sea. It was actually rather vast (by edutainment standards, at least), and had a diverse cast. We actually still talk about it from time to time, but our computers have out-modernized the game.

Discuss games you feel nostalgic about.

Exactly why I continue to play those old PS1 games; Sheer nostalgia.
(Plus, they never get old)

If I still have mine... I'm pretty sure it unfortunately doesn't work.

But at least I play them on my PS3 I got for Christmas. I don't know about my brother, but this is my favorite reason for having gotten a PS3. :P

Spyro games

Crash games

Pokemon games

Megaman Battle Network, mostly just 5-6 since I never actually had the others.

Gex 3

Zone of the Enders: The Fist of Mars

Metroid (since before DS/Wii this was actually the only game in the series I played)

A requires strategy, which can include either: A Hacking card, or using Counter O, since he tends to use Apocalymon's O move a lot. If you rely on Parter cards, Partner Finder helps a lot. As I recall I beat him using a Blue deck, mostly through Hyogamon, though Garurumon is also good.

Animal Crossing City Folk.  It was the first game I got addicted on on the wii (my first console).  I left it for about a year and came back and found many citizens had left and that deeply saddened me.  My town would never be the same.  The memories we made were gone.  And K.K. Slider's music is some of the most nostalgic stuff ever.

City Folk isn't even that old, though.
Sure, fives years is a lot in the gaming world, but as far as nostalgia goes, I just don't get it from after a year, or even five.

Comparing that to like, Digimon Rumble Arena 2, which came out it '04, that shyt gives me some hectic nostalgia.
