Sometimes it could be just what you need to bring back that monster you needed to Xyz/Synchro to start off as a casual use, but other times it can become a game-changing card, like when you steal your opponent`s dead EotB (i did that once) or resurrect that dead invincible boss monster your opponent totally wiped out before. Reborn is one of the most useful cards, but a lot of people ate arguing between if it`s good or if it`s horrible, and Sora sight I cannot unsee even said that it "crosses the line between OP`d and broken". If they banned this, some people would play less (ex. me), but some would play more (ex. Sora). I personally think that this is fine @1, for a few reasons. One is, even though it can grab a monster from either player`s Grave, it can`t reach all of them. RDD and Shooting Quasar are some examples. Reason 2: There are so many ways to negate it, but for some reason, I`ve never seen it happen. (And if you plan to negate Reborn, do NOT use Call of the Grave, NOR Call of Darkness.) Discuss.
