Resident Fascist
It's where it deserves to be. Absolutely horrible design, a free Tuner that's level 1, a plant, EARTH, etc for any deck ever is stupid. Never return.
Bringerofcake
I am still never going to get that name. It's not even glowing any more than any other card with a photoshop'd line glow thingie. And the anime called it Grow Up, which rolls off the tongue so much nicer. L0SS
What a terrible idea. And I bet they thought they were so clever for making it once per duel. A free tuner is never a good thing. This was just crying out for abuse.

Glow-Up is meant to be a reference to a lightbulb... Blame Konami Japan. Please stay banned forever and never flourish again.~

Kingdom Xathers
Having an effect that can only be used once per turn was barely restriction enough, especially given that one could simply revive it through other means. Not to mention that self-milling is hardly a cost these days. At least Plaguespreader had the "banish when summoned by its own effect" restriction, and required you to minus your hand. Agro
It would have been perfectly fine if its cost was something like "discard 1" As it is-er, was-its mill wasn't a cost, it was a benefit.

Synchronized
Horrible design. Genuinely want it to come back to one though. #hateonit

Agro
:( But Fishborg was missing the "Once per duel", or frankly, "Once per turn" clause. Now if only they had been smart enough to put 2 and 2 together...
