It's probably another Cards of Consonance target, and probably another Masked Dragon option, so the effect to equip from hand or Field is pretty cool, even if it only works on Normal Dragons, like Blue-Eyes. Piercing Damage is kind of mediocre, but you don't necessarily want it for the effect itself but more for its Tuner status and searchability. Not a bad card by any means, Consonance target if needed and a semi-Union. Normal Monster keeps E-Dragons from abusing it as well. I'll give it a try.
