[hr]2 Level 4 Monsters
Twice per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and banish 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard to target 1 monster your opponent controls; half it's ATK, and increase this card's ATK by the same amount. During the start of the Battle Phase: You can activate this effect; attach any monster this card destroys by battle as an Xyz Material. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects during, except during the Battle Phase.
[hr]A generic Dragon Xyz for fun. Acts as Chaos Fuel. This card has a notion I like, fighting to increase power. Might make a card regarding it. Name means Dragon Fist, hence its fighting nature. Also, the immunity from Dark Hole is interesting.

... wut were you thinking when you made this card?

 

It's broken. No Generic Rank 4 Xyz Monster that only requires 2 Material should have unlimited (or almost unlimited) effect destruction immunity, even Tiras's destruction immunity eventually runs out. Of course, because of the brokenness of today's cards, it is more than easy to get around (Big Eye, Spellbook of Fate, etc.), but that's not really an excuse. It's more or less invincible against anything that is not E-Dragons or Prophecies.

 

Now, you would think that something with effect destruction immunity should be easily destroyed by battle and have low stats, but no, this guy can reach insane amounts of ATK power while at the same time greatly weakening your opponent's monsters. You just attached Dark Mist's effect onto this guy without even requiring to declare an attack and become vulnerable to Battle Phase Traps, and what's more, you made it twice per turn, made it able to regenerate Xyz Material and you gave this guy a 2200 ATK body to build upon, even Dark Mist only has 100 ATK to start off with and Dark Mist requires 3 Materials.

First of all, thank you for taking time to review the card; the effort is always appreciated, and the input always helps to give this section a boost in terms of quality of posts.

I made this card at 12:50 AM, so I was probably not thinking relatively straight to be honest, and didn't realize how broken this card is. You're absolutely right regarding this card's abusiveness. I think your suggestions would help out significantly in terms of giving this card, well, sanity.

Changes I'm thinking include: Lowering ATK & DEF significantly, perhaps by 1000, and removing the invulnerability to effects, as well as making it a once per turn effect. Thoughts?
