Kyng's Old Account
In terms of flavour, I can't say your card suits the whole Allure Queen theme which it obviously is going for in terms of image, nor really the effect, as I was indeed anticipating some form of, perhaps, Lv Support. Then again the later controlling effect does reflect this to a degree.Anyway, this card can be considered potentially OP based on its latter effect. Set this, and spring it on any boss monster for a free boss monster with a +0. Perhaps allow the opponent the ability to negate the control snatching by sending their monster to the Graveyard, or discarding a card might remedy this? Not sure to be honest.I like the Battle Position altering ability. Plenty of flipper shenanigans. Maybe could be used to help Apprentice/Old Vindictive Magician in their works? Hm, I actually really don't like the Allure Queens, they are utterly outclassed by Relinquished and making them in any way playable require quite a few cards, however, Princess's effect is inspired by Allure Queen, she's like a reverse Allure Queen (though, I suppose, she's effectively a Brain Jacker). Whether it's OP, well, it's a somewhat more playable Brain Jacker. I will think about it. However, I think I will add an effect to make it LV support. Thanks for the review. Even with Queen's Bodyguard they're certainly not royalty. However, you notice Brain Jacker gives the opponent some degree of benefit in the 500 LP gain. The problem I see is that this card can not only be an issue with cards like the Spellbook of Power, it does have better stats than Brain Jacker as well as no cost. -DOOM
The image is inappropriate, as all the "Allure" themed monsters are of a black and burgundy color. Also, the deer is unfitting etc. I don't need to tell you that, I think. Finding an image that fits in some way is hard enough. Effect flavour wise (can you say that?) you went with effects that control other monsters, so that is good and convincing. The "LV" support effect though doesn't support the Allure Queens, since they can only acitaviate their effects when they were Special Summoned by the previous Allure Queen monster. This and its versatile use seperate it even more from the Allure Queen theme. I agree to you that it is a better, more versatile brain jacker. That doesn't make it OP at all. You can use it to trigger FLIP effects, as Brain Jacker or as general LV support. The last effect will miss timing often, and usually, you don't gain card advantage if you level up. The card is very well balanced IMO.
