Toffee.
If you control a "Utopia" monster: Destroy the 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that has the lowest ATK, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. (If it's a tie, you get to choose.)It's funny, this is basically Ray V's effect, in Spell card form. Except it doesn't Target, picks off the monster with less ATK, and only hits Face-up monsters.Speaking of Ray V, This and Ray V at the same time is absolutely hilarious.Discuss. Bringerofcake
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ght8VpVCei0 OT: This seems hilarious with Ray. THough, I suppose that's the point of this thread in the first place.
newhat
This card is too situational to be good and doesn't help against something like Maestroke that Ray V can't instantly get over.
Jord200
In the manga, I think you could do it without controlling a Utopia monster. Ironic that we now have Ray V.
evilfusion
Card looks awesome, but it's a more conditional Fissure with burn added, and can dead-draw badly. If you're running V or Victory, the Rank-Up Magic Spell is one potential dead draw enough that this becomes unneeded. I'm hoping that they soon print a "Utopia" card that isn't an Xyz, to better take advantage of some of the ZWs and Rank-Up monsters without needing to use Number 39. Because think about it, if you Overlay a Level 4 "Utopia" monster for a Rank 4 non-Utopia Xyz, then Rank-Up Magic, you'd have a Utopia monster attached. Unnecessary, maybe, but it'd be cool.
