As you can see that 100 LP just too low. 2nd the effect of your card just makes no sense... "When is this card activated". Man you created an effect what is a question without answer. So your effect should be something like this; "Once per turn, you can increase your Life Points by 100." But as i said that 100 LP just a joke, too low. p.s: next time please post under your card the effect of it, hard to read directly from the card. No, 100 LP per turn is not useful at all, so please, as other before me said, try to make cards that actually provoke a healthy discussion. But LiteratureDude96 is right. 100 life points per turn isn't at all that useful, it's to low to really help the controller, and anything higher would be too much like Solemn Wishes, as Anozariel said. It be better if the effect allowed you to gain LP every time you or your opponent activated a spell or trap, or something like that. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 Think of it like this: Monsters that run around in the game, not being exclusive to the meta, have ATK scores of 1600-2800 most of the time. It isn't uncommon to find one with an ATK outside of that range, but still, most of them fall within that area. Due to it being "each turn," and not limited to your turn, you gain only 200 Life Points after said monster attacks and can attack again. At the very most, you only alleviated a fraction of the damage that you would have taken from attacks. Monsters can do all they can to block battle damage, but chances are that your opponent will manage to play cards to remove your defenses from the field before attacking. Plus, even if you do shield yourself from most of the damage by using a monster, this Lesser Vigor effect would only show up if your Jurrac Guiaba gets killed by a Thunder King Rai-Oh and other situations where the damage you receive would simply be too minuscule to decrease the probability of the duel ending in your favor. The "advantage" that this card has over most other healing spells in this game is that, provided it does not get destroyed (and it probably won't die unless you use it as Scrap Dragon fodder, Heavy Storm makes an appearance, or your opponent thinks that he/she should actually waste a Mystical Space Typhoon on this), it could go on forever. The previously mentioned "Solemn Wishes" does this too, but at 2.5 times faster than this (not to mention there are card effects to let you draw, further increasing your Life Points). Do not overestimate the power of Solemn Wishes, however, as it too does not heal fast enough to make too much of a difference in the game. Your typical run-of-the-mill duel may only let Solemn Wishes go off 2-4 times, provided that it does not get destroyed and it was drawn during the player's first turn. Another pointed out flaw in the card is that you only specified that you gain Life Points during each turn, with no mention as to when in the turn you gain these Life Points. The most typical places for an effect like this to work is during the Standby Phase or the End Phase. It would also be much better if the healing you gained from this effect was also increased, dramatically if I may add. I'm willing to go as far as to suggest changing the 100 to a 600-800, turning it into a Goblin's Secret Remedy or a Soul of the Pure/turn. In the average Yugioh duel, this may give you a total of 3000-4000 Life Points, granted it does not die and you start the duel with this card. Then the only problem remaining with this card is that all it does is heal, which does not help you win the duel in the slightest. It only helps you to not lose. Oh, and then there's stalling Decks, which would get a kick out of this. But you could always shoot it down with your S/T destruction that can't be activated during your opponent's End Phase.
