This card can attack up to 3 monsters during each Battle Phase. While this card is attacking, it cannot be destroyed by battle and you take no battle damage. After damage calculation, a monster attacked by this card loses 400 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. Destroy an affected monster with 0 DEF.

*You can attack the same monster more then once using the 3 attacks e.g. all 3 on 1 monster to make it weaker or 2 attacks on 1 monster and so on.

 

A monster is not eligible to be destroyed this way if Artemis's DEF reduction effect has already worn off at the End Phase. e.g. it cannot be destroyed for having 0 DEF next turn.

 

Assuming Artemis's effect is still active on it, A monster will be destroyed even if it's DEF is already 0, or is reduced to 0 by another effect after Artemis is applied to it.

 

A monster being destroyed when it has 0 DEF is a continuous effect. Also, if the monster is equipped with a union monster or has an effect like six samurai do to destroy another card in place of itself, such an effect can be used but if the monster affected by Artemis's effect's DEF is still 0 afterward, it is destroyed again and so on. However, monsters that cannot be destroyed by effects like neos wiseman or an xyz monster affected by Utopian Aura cannot be destroyed by artemis's effect, in that case there is no infinite loop, the game just continues as normal, but if that effect is lost somehow, then the monster is destroyed assuming the above rulings are met.

If this card attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 800 ATK during the Damage Step only. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

Once per turn you can activate this card's effect by declaring 1 type of card (monster, spell, or trap). Negate the effects of all face-up cards of the declared type except this card this turn, while this card remains face-up on the field.

Once per turn, you can destroy 1 face-up card and inflict 500 damage to that card's controller. Once during each of your opponent's turns, you can discard 1 card to remove this card from play until the End Phase. When your opponent declares an attack, you can return this card to the field, if removed by this effect.

Discard up to 2 cards to special summon 1 "Black Fortress Guardian" monster from your hand, deck or graveyard whose level is less then or equal to the number of discarded cards x 6. During your Main Phase, you can return this card and 1 "Black Fortress Guardian" monster from your graveyard to the deck to draw 1 card. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is sent to the graveyard.

Equip only to a "Bomberman" or "Black Fortress Guardian" monster. If the equipped monster is removed from play by its own effect, return this card to the owner's hand. If you do not control the equipped monster, the following effects cannot be activated. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 card on the field and inflict 1000 damage to that card's controller. The equipped monster cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is used. When this equipped monster attacks, you can destroy the attack target monster before damage calculation, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half its ATK.

The pictures are okay but the cards are great. The effects are incredibly strong and I would so use this cards in a set. Some might be a bit overpowered, but I'm not complaining of too much power plus you have to tribute some monsters before summoning these monster cards you made. I really like altair because burn effects are my favorite. Great job. You should add bomberman just cause his the main character of the game.
