Sora1499
Too bad both the level 8 WATER and rank 8 card pools are mediocre. Now if it were level 7s... It still wouldn't really be worth it. :(
evilfusion
It's absurdly hard to Trigger and painfully specific. Unless you're using some incredibly bizarre Macro Deck, it's unlikely the card will get banished often aside from things like Caius. The secondary issue is you Summon 2 Level 8 WATERs. They come from the Deck, and they must be exactly Level 8. There's a couple options for those (20 such monsters exist), but a sizeable portion are Rituals, Semi or full Nomis, Fusions, or just cards unlikely to be run, ever. 10 of them are actually legal to Summon with this, and of those 10, two of them are Normal Monsters. -Ancient Shark Megalodon is obviously the card intended to use it, but with its effect negated and the inability to attack...it's pointless. -Ice Master or Ice Queen are good options, Queen because its effect applies when it's destroyed, but since you need 3+ Spellcasters in the Grave to use that...it's a bit tentative. -There's also White Night Dragon or Snowdust Dragon, but those aren't very good, the former not liking the effect negation or inability to attack. newhat
I've used this with Cards of Sancity, Ice Queen and Blizzard Princess. Needless to say it's inconsistent, but it's hilarious when it works.

evilfusion
Caius in a weird slushy.dek? What's the Level 8s? Neo Daedalus and Moulinglacia are Nomi, and while you could use Spiral Serpent (I think it's a Sea Serpent), it seems like jumping through hoops to Trigger an absurdly conditional card. Toffee.
If given enough thought, one could actually trigger this pretty easily. Its just.... It lacks decent targets :/
Aerion Brightflame
You can make Thunder End Dragon if you went into Spiral Serpent. Just a thought.
evilfusion
You can make Thunder End Dragon if you went into Spiral Serpent. Just a thought. Well, this enables virtually any Rank 8 play. It was designed as such, and Shark used it in the anime to provide Kaito with the Materials for Neo Galaxy-Eyes, by baiting Number 92's effect. I just can't figure out why he was using this card in the first place.
