I Hate Snatch Steal
Inspired by this card: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Regretful_Tuning When this card is normal or flip summoned: you can target 1 level 6 or lower monster in your graveyard; special summon that target but its effects on the field and when it leaves the field are negated. Also, it cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon unless it has declared an attack this turn. Send that monster to the graveyard during your End Phase. When this card is summoned: you can target 1 monster in your graveyard; special summon that target but its effects on the field and when it leaves the field are negated. Also, it cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon unless it has declared an attack this turn. Send that monster to the graveyard during your End Phase. You can discard this card and shuffle 1 "Raiser-Witch" monster with a different name from your hand or graveyard into the deck, then target 1 level 6 or lower monster in your graveyard; special summon that target but its effects on the field and when it leaves the field are negated. Also, it cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon unless it has declared an attack this turn. Send that monster to the graveyard during your End Phase. You can Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard) by returning 1 face-up monster you control to the hand, except "Raiser-Witch Mistress". You cannot use this effect of "Raiser-Witch Mistress" if you have used it during this turn or your previous turn. During your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase: you can discard this card and shuffle 1 "Raiser-Witch" monster with a different name from your hand or graveyard into the deck, then target up to 2 monster in your graveyard; special summon those targets but their effects on the field and when they leave the field are negated. Also, each of them cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon unless it has declared an attack this turn. Send those monster to the graveyard during your End Phase. * Written lore is the correct lore ** Can someone suggest a better wording then "each of them cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon unless it has declared an attack this turn" or is that wording ok. The idea was that this requirement applies to each of the summoned monsters independently from the other I'm a little iffy about the grapha-esque summoning ability, but I wanted the mistress to hit the field somehow after being discarded. If anyone notices any major problems with the way it is now, please tell me and I'll fix it. since these have different restrictions on the monsters they summon then tour guide from the underworld (for example):
Effects such as Sangan, shining angel, and so on WILL be negated if those monsters were summoned by a raiser-witch. However, Necrogarda, mezuki and similar cards will not be negated since their effects have nothing to do with being on the field. Dandylion and other "When this card is sent to the graveyard [from anywhere]" cards will be negated, if they were sent from the field after being summoned this way. Gagaga girl, heroic challenger extra sword, and other monsters with an effect that activates when it becomes xyz material will not be negated because those effects are not on the field or leaves the field effects As you might expect If a monster is flipped face-down, it gets its effects back. This applies even if leaves the field while face-down assuming that the effects can activate from where ever it ends up.
Also, in general I was debating weather or not to add "you can only use this effect of [card name here] once per turn" to each of their effects that bring back other monsters. Loyalist
Well I like the concept and it seems to be all Spellcasters of different attributes (going for a Elemental theme maybe?) which means they could work well with the Spellbook spell cards and an azure bringing back a monster then bouncing that back to hand with mistress before it dies can be a decent pulsing method. I don't feel that you need the "once per turn" restriction for the cards as the effects that activate on the field would be negated so you can't just go "Apprentice, Azure, Azure, Azure" Like a total derp (haha). For the "each of them cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon unless it has declared an attack this turn" change it to "Neither (Since it's 2 monsters I guess) of them cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon unless it has declared an attack this turn" I don't know how that would work out since they I have the impression you want them to be seperate from each other and maintain they if only 1 attacks just that monster would be able to be used as a xyz/synchro material. As for synergy with other decks I already said spellbooks but also to an extent mist valley as the bounce for mistress doesn't specifiy the type/attribute/name of the monster returned so it could easily work as a + 1 off the field into a level 3 WIND tuner and make starform/celestial dragon or combo with level eater for a wider range of combos. In all honesty I can't find any infinte loop but I do think the archetype is balanced as a set of cards but weak as a whole. They would require some sort of spell / trap card support in my honest opinion. Now... GIVE ME MY COOKIES!
