~British Soul~
If your opponent's monsters on the field outnumber your non-Token monsters on the field: Tribute any number of "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens"; Special Summon an equal number of "Mecha Phantom Beast" monsters from your Deck. Shuffle them into the Deck during the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Scramble!! Scramble!!" per turn. gogogo
Northern Sage
That's just silly. Good card.
Strider Tigerwolf
"outnumber" that's quite the wording they have there.
~Shin~
"Outnumber" this is a new word, right ? Did not know YCM had a ninja cat. 2 Dragosack/any RK7 in 1 turn is fun.
Zazubat
It's shorter and sweeter than "your opponent controls more monsters than you control non-Token monsters" I suppose. I might have scrambled that up a bit. I'm tired.
newhat
This card does very little unless you're absolutely packed with Tokens, like three or four. In which case you can gain a ton of cards and make several high-Rank Xyzes. Too winmoar.
Zazubat
I'm right in saying that you need at least 1 Token and 1 other monster for this to work right?
Toffee.
"outnumber" that's quite the wording they have there. You will not believe the money they can save on ink, when they shorten text like that.

Agro
I might have scrambled that up a bit. HA OT: ...this card looks really good on paper... I don't know how it plays though, since I've never actually tested this deck.
newhat
In case I wasn't clear the first time: You will rarely control more than 2 Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens. The most common situation is to have several Effect Monsters without any Tokens to work with them. This is because it is impossible to destroy a Plane if you control any Tokens. This card is not rewarding enough for the rare situation that you have a huge lead in Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens for whatever reason.

Frankly, I'm not sure what you read, because there's a disconnect between what this card does and why you said it's bad. You're trading tokens for monsters that can both make more tokens and be used as Xyz fodder. It definitely doesn't require you to have a lead to use it. It has way more upside than you're giving it credit for.
newhat
I don't like it because you will usually run out of Tokens before you run out of Effect Monsters, and have difficulty producing more than 1 Token after that. If you use this when you produce the 1 Token (with Blue-Impalase or Tetherwolf), you will usually have no Tokens left to work with. This card would work like Emergency Teleport if Warburen weren't messily designed. The exception is if you Special Summon Coltwing, because this will load your field assuming this doesn't get intercepted. This is probably the best use for it since the Deck is much more powerful once Coltwing is in the Graveyard.
Mr. guy
Summon tetherwolf Scramble!! Summon Colt-wing Go into Gustav Max OR run over a card then go into Drago-sac OR banish a card then go into Lightning Chidori. Card is gud
Strider Tigerwolf
Frankly that new support DOES make this card quite good. Probably the same with Do a Barrel Roll.
newhat
Once you get a Coltwing out, Call of the Haunted is better. For recruiting one in the first place, I can see someone running one of these. Barrel Flip is winmoar.
