I Hate Snatch Steal Posted May 5, 2013 Report Share Posted May 5, 2013 So I was just trying to make an interesting and thought provoking card, but people will NEVER like this one I'm sure now You can Tribute Summon this card in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 1 Pyschic-Type monster. You can pay 800 life points and banish 1 Psychic-Type monster from your graveyard; draw 2 cards. Each player can only use the drawing effect "Psychic Tactician" once per turn. Each of these effects can be used once per turn: *When you draw a level 4 or lower Psychic-Type monster(s): special summon 1 of those monsters from your hand. *When an opponent's spell card. trap card, or card effect is activated that targets a Psychic-Type monster(s) you control: discard 1 Psychic-Type monster; negate that activation and if you do, destroy that card. Maybe its too "recent konami" like for you guys, or maybe its good support for a dated archetype (since psychics act more like an archetype the a type) Don't answer that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
