Resident Fascist
1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, during either player's turn, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card while you have no cards in your hand: You can negate the activation and destroy it. Okay, so he's not an Infernity. However, he is the second best non-staple Synchro the deck has. You go into this whenever you don't have Barriers. It also helps to reinforce your lockdown fields, attacks over big things and is mostly just a pain in the ass. Unfortunately it doesn't clear things like Reaper, Gellenduo and etc like Doom Dragon, but you can't have everything. Also that art is just amazing. Discuss. Superdoopertrooper
The good Infernity builds either hardly or don't Synchro anymore. That said, Void Ogre is still a great card, and I like the fact that its summoning requirements are quite achievable for decks which can Synchro that aren't Infernity's as well. Resident Fascist
The good Infernity builds either hardly or don't Synchro anymore. I hate the Xyz build. Doesn't mean my build is bad just because I'm playing the archetype with tuners, yknow, HOW IT WAS MEANT TO BE PLAYED >_> Urgh. Offtopic, but still. Anyway, I'm finding I'm not going into it much, but when I do, it usually wins the game on it's own.

evilfusion
I like the card, but never actually used it. Maybe because it came out too late after Infernity got hit, or during the period that I hated Infernity because they took an awesome concept and made it broken and Trishula was still abused. But I always liked it, because it fit the Infernity theme while being identical investment as Infernity Death Dragon. The problem stemmed from not being an Infernity, making it unable to use Infernity support. Also, how exactly does Infernity Xyz Decks work. I get the idea of Tour Guide into Necromancer for a Rank 3, but after that, I draw a blank on what the Deck is designed for. What Xyz make the Deck tick? Infernity has tons of spam, but they're all over the place, Level wise. Infernity Generals can be worth a Rank 7, but General can dead draw, Beetles are Level 2, but Synchro spam more than a Rank 2 is worth, Archfiend is pretty much the only Level 4 in the entire Deck, and they don't have much Level modification other than Avenger.

Tour Guide optional, it's really just LavalvalChainandArchfiendAbuse.dek. My build is based on/netdecked from some other build that did well in some post-HA07 tournament, but I can't recall how much I changed it beyond the ED, if any. evilfusion
I feel stupid. What's the win condition? With the Infernity Synchro versions, it was able to bring out big monsters and lots of them, which could either swing for game, or had solid effects like Death Dragon or Void Ogre, or Trishula/Brionac when it was legal. Barrier was insurance that nothing would go wrong, and Break could rid you of problem cards. The Xyz version seems to have less swarm potential and abusive combos. I guess maybe it's more control oriented than beatdown heavy. Maybe I'll just test the build.
Blake
The point of the Xyz Version is control, but with the ability to explode and OTK. Instead of having a number of long comboes, it has an infinite number of mini-comboes based around each and every card in the deck and how they work together. Basic idea is to either set up with heavy backrow/swarm Xyz/both and just keep the opponent down. The win con is simply abuse Archfiend to keep your opponent from doing anything substantial. The Dragon Ruler and Spellbook matchups tend to be rather funny.
Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
That feel of using Lavalval Chain to put Archfiend on the top of the deck... OT: Card is great, and it's good to see that Infernities don't just spam Hundred-Eyes, then copy Mirage. That got old real quick. So instead, they have a Shi En. Great? I must admit, I don't use Infernities, but I have played against them a lot, and this seems to help them loads after Launcher got hit. That said, this and 3 Barriers (+ an Infernity) does tend to make things... one sided, perhaps? /Signing off before I make a terrible ogre pun
