I have the right to add rules. [/spoiler] [spoiler=Card Requirement] The first round requirements are simple. You are to create a Level 4 or lower Tuner monster. That is all.[/spoiler] [spoiler=Card A] Sigil Resonator FIRE/Fiend/Tuner/Level 2/500 ATK/200 DEF During your Main Phase, if you control a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this monster is Special Summoned: You can send 1 Fiend-Type Tuner Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Fiend-Type Tuner Monster from your Deck. You can only activate the effect of a "Sigil Resonator" once per turn. [/spoiler] [spoiler=Card B] You can treat Ranks as Levels for Synchro Summons. Your opponent cannot activate monster effects during the Battle Phase. During damage calculation, if this card battles an opponent's monster with less ATK than this card: You can Synchro Summon with this card and that monster as Synchro Material, but the Synchro Summoned monster cannot attack this turn.
