Target 1 "Gagaga" monster you control; this card can be used as anXyz Material of the same Level as that target.

Actually kind of interesting. Of course, if it was released, it would Summon a Gagaga monster from the Graveyard with the same Level instead.

It's essentially Jin's Xyz Plant, except specific to Gagagas. And it lets Gagaga Magician become almost any Xyz, and I think it'd let you use Gagaga Girl's effect because as a Gagaga card, it would be considered a Gagaga Xyz Material.

Or would be summoned as a monster with the same level as that monster.

Looking at this I could possibly Identify the effect acting similer to this...

Select 1 Gagaga Monster on your side of the field, then select 1 Gagaga monster in your graveyard and special summon it, the monster summoned this way has its level changed to that of the first selected monster on your side of the field, if this card were to be removed from the field, banish the summoned monster, if the summoned monster is removed from the field destroy this card.

It probably wouldn't Summon another copy of the Gagaga monster purely because Gagaga Magician is the obvious combo card, and you can only control 1 Gagaga Magician. I could see it Summoning any Gagaga monster and changing its Level, or becoming a Monster Card itself, but that case would DEFINITELY allow Gagaga Girl shenanigans, and I'm actually doubting my original thought would be right.
