Does any non-"draw draw draw draw..." deck use this?

On itself it looked pretty ok, but it didn't turn out that good. Decks that can use it usually depend on another win condition, because there is no way you'll be behind enough to draw that much and still think that whatever you draw is gonna save you if what you already have hasn't done so until now.

Idk, just my thoughts.

I guess it could happen. One could drop a Trag, Gorz, or Battle Fader at the end and make sure to be close to death.

It can be a tactical play, though I don't think I've ever seen anyone try it.

Good. That allows a change in strategy, rather than just "derp, smash my opponents face in 24/7".

It's funny that you're also overlooking the fact that you almost just got otk'd, and now you're condemning a card that allows you to potentially make a comeback from that (asumming you still had more than 1000 life, because if you had 500 like you said, you couldn't even use it). This is all despite the fact that no-one would run it in normal decks anyway because it's just too situational and there are better things to run. Same deal as Time Seal, but this card is actually superior in many ways.

Card is inconsistent outside of the aforementioned stall or draw-draw-draw Decks, because the majority of Decks try to deal damage to their opponent, making the activation conditions tricky to meet. Most people won't find much value in putting a card like this in their Decks without dedication to having low LP.

What about Dark Worlds? Couldn't they run this over Reckless?

I run both in turbo.

Dark World's for the most part are never really down 4000 Life Points though. Plus it's not as chainable as Reckless Greed

Early game Dark Worlds have very little field presence. I've gone down to 3000 Life Points to my opponent's 11000 and used this for a massive boost in the deck.

The minute your life point difference is 1000 it's just as chainabe as Reckless Greed.
