I came to make cards. Then I realised there were better alternatives. I stayed for the community, and for the general hub. It encompasses a lot of my interests simultaneously.

Like everyone else, I'm here for the community. Also, like everyone else, I originally came for the cardmaker, then I realized it sucked and so did I, so I moved to Games and became its king.

And plus, I've made too many friends here to leave.

I'm just here... Cardmaking is somewhat fun, I suppose... but there are funner things I could do... There are more active places to RP... but, I do enjoy RPing here... I don't socialize much... still looking for people I can really chat with...

My goals and reasons change every so often. Not necessarily forgetting about past ones to grab newer ones.

First because the Cardmaker

Then because people actually gave feedback

Then because I started recognizing members and making friends

Many come, many go, but I still remember even the ones that never went beyond 20 posts.

After that because I got into a group of friends that loved drawing as much as me.

I then got addicted to TCG section, then at the amusing posts of Crab and other members, which made me addicted to go check regularly fan-fic section. Then contests, then IDK.

 

Then, I lost most of that but found comfort in making new friends among the pony fans. Which made me also start looking at the "TV shows".

Then Anime section.

Then because DL and I still talked everyday even though we didn't really have many more reasons to still keep using the site.

 

Right now, I'm not sure. I'm an observer. I like the comunity a lot, and contrary to what some members say, I think there are many friendly and capable people circling around, even if I don't talk with many of them.

 

Also, I'm so used to this forum that other forums feel weird.

Curiosity, I think, is what brought me here originally. A friend of mine used the site and I joined for the sake of it, made a few posts, and mostly stuck around RPs.

 

I frequented the TCG section after awhile, and that's the main reason I still am active. TCG for me is a terrific way to keep up to date with cards that are being released and their potential impact on the meta, plus I can discuss Zexal episodes in the anime section thread, which is also fun to do sometimes.

 

All in all, it's a social outlet centered around a common interest that I enjoy.

Well, I stay here because I feel I have to, due to my job, or least to act as someone who actually questions the staff consensus. What Night has done with Showcase gives me hope, but thanks to a discriminating bureaucracy, moderators who act childish and screw around when they should be doing their jobs and an incessant desire to stick their fingers into forums that are not in their jurisdictions, it's quite difficult to get yourself. Oh, and it doesn't help when Pika, the de facto Admin, has it in for you.

I wanted a site to make cards and post them and found this site long ago, made some cards, then abandoned this site.

I stumbled upon this site a lot later, and came back, and started getting into the community.

Now, I'm here for the community, graphic design, RPs, and occasionally stuff like CC or Games. ;3;

Well, at first it was becasue I was sick of having no social life, and an internet one was a good start. Then I faded for a long time. I came back to it because it was late, I found this profile, remebered how much fun I had, so decided to come back.
