evilfusion Posted May 27, 2013 Report Share Posted May 27, 2013 I think part of the reason it got hit was the Formula Monarch deck thing. Fishborg, Treeborn, and Glow-Up loved this thing. I honestly don't think this really needs to be at 1 anymore, because the abusable Level 1 Tuners (Fishborg/Glow-Up) are banned.
