Dharc
2 Level 7 monsters During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card, then you can destroy 1 card on the field. Premier Alexander Romanov
What happened to the image?Anyways, this card simultaneously makes Dragon Rulers fun to use this card in and fun to use this card against. It simply says no to anything your opponent might pull, and makes them waste resources taking this card down.
Dharc
Sorry, pictures ain't working right on account of posting from a phone. Anyway, I think this thing is going to make Dragon Rulers an even bigger nightmare to face...The whole "lolno, try again tomorrow" type effect is just borked, in my opinion. 玄魔の王
Definitely a good card against Dragon Rulers as it puts an end to Big Eye wars. Sadly, there's also few enough mass killing cards to where that would be its only use. I still like it though. Anybody have any idea the significnce of 74? Dharc
I don't know quite yet. It hasn't debuted in the anime or manga yet, so there's no clues there. It's only the 3rd Rank 7 Number, too my knowledge. My best guess is that it's a Rank 7 and can destroy a total of 4 cards with its effect. EDIT: Derp, forgot Tomahawk. It is the 4th Rank 7 Number. Wildflame
It's the 4th Rank 7 Number, but other than that, nothing as of yet. That's good enough. I feel ya, I'm really hyped about this pack too and I don't even play IRL. OT, this is really cool, shame that Spellbook of Fate is a card,

Big Eye, Tomahawk, Lucky Stripe, Dragossack, the Norito Rank-Up, this. What's up with 4?

Dementuo
It's the 4th Rank 7 Number? 4th Rank 7 to the TCG, that is.
Dharc
Again, Rank 7 NUMBER. Dracossack, Abyssgaios, etc. aren't NUMBERS. Also, like I said, it's a Rank 7 that destroys 4 cards total.
Toffee.
Speaking of Incarnates, it's funny... If they want to run this over without costing them too many cards, they would have to legitimately Summon Blaster, instead of using his effect.I mean, if you think about it. since Draco and Big Eye can't do it regardless, and its not like you could Lance over this anyway. Sora1499
Couldn't Dragon Rulers just crash this? It's not like they ever lose advantage to make a 7 anyways.

Blake
Flamvell Guard is useful now? It's been useful this whole format in Dragon Rulers. It fell out of favor a little, but the Dragunity Level 1 Tuners are used now, too.
ihop
Corseca tends to be better though because you'd generally use Blaster's other effects whereas you're less likely to use Tempest.

Thing is Tempest already has a target; Debris.
ihop
Thing is Tempest already has a target; Debris. Fair enough, none of the Dragon Ruler builds I've seen run Debris and therefore they run Corseca.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
Couldn't Dragon Rulers just crash this? It's not like they ever lose advantage to make a 7 anyways. thats really dumb and in the mirror especially you want every single move to put you ahead, not break even. the deck is too explosive to waste time dicking around with moves like that.
