Zazubat
Welcome to weirdly worded card of the week! (not becoming a thing, as I can't be arsed to do that) This time, for some reason they had to put in "(only)". First I thought it was because people got confused, and they Errated it, but it doesn't look like it has one, so from the very beginning they put that in. Silly, as it already says "1", so why the hell was that needed? I'm also thinking of building a Dragunity build soon, is this worth running in there? WIND Level 6 Dragon/Synchro/Effect 2000/1100 1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Winged Beast-Type monsters If this card attacks or is attacked, during the Damage Step you can banish 1 (only) Winged Beast-Type monster from your Graveyard, to have this card gain the ATK of that monster until the End Phase. Azuh
I think the "Only" was put there to show that the effect can only activate "once per Battle Step"
Zazubat
I think the "Only" was put there to show that the effect can only activate "once per Battle Step" That's not true though. This card can activate multiple times in 1 Battle Phase. EDIT: I think you meant to say "damage step", which is correct that it would maybe make sense in that way, though normally you would write "once per Damage Step" or "once, during the Damage Step" or something like that, which I'm sure other cards at the time wrote. Azuh
That's not true though. This card can activate multiple times in 1 Battle Phase. Battle Step is not the Battle Phase
Zazubat
Battle Step is not the Battle Phase This effect activates in the Damage Step however, I think that's what you actually meant. The Battle Step is before the Damage Step. That's what got me confused.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Why do people always pronounce this as Gay Bulge? Do people not have a shred of dignity in their soul? With that being said, card's not worth it in a regular build. Dragunities like to be in the Graveyard, not Banished.
-Berserker-
http://youtu.be/eRwy1Nu5Q2I I guess it can be summoned with Debris+Shield Wing or Crane+Darkspear. Neither of those leave you with a high ATK WB in grave.

It's won me my fair share of games.
Wildflame
Vajravana usually does the job better. If only this could banish Dragons too...

Airride
It gets pretty big fairly easily. It already starts off at a respectable amount, and since a lot of the Winged Beasts have 1000+, it gets to be quite a pain to take out in battle. It seems like it would be at least decent. Miror B
People usually forget that Vajra can turn itself into a 3800 ATK beater :v Yes but this is a quick effect rather than a trigger .-. And Vajra is usually doing that with Aklys
Sora1499
In my experience with the deck, with and against it, this is used as an offensive wall, whereas Vajra is either used as a combo starter (obv) or a large push with Aklys.
Parsee
Gay bulge, vagrayna, the entire archetype just sounds like a joke to me. Although, it's actually pronounced "Guy-Bulg", right? Anyways, if only it banished dragons.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
I've never found myself having to use this card. It takes more effort to bring back Banished Dragunities than it does ones from the Graveyard, and Gae Bulg is contradictory to what the Deck can and will do. Given that there are a multitude of "bring this card back from your Banished Zone" cards out now, however, it may potentially have some use in rogue builds (by that I mean scrub builds), but more than likely you're only going to be running 3 Vaj and 1 Gae Dearg (for consistency reasons) as your Extra Deck Dragunity lineup. In fact, if you can pull it off right, Gae Dearg isn't even a necessity. But 3 Vaj is.
