Zazubat
I see this being splashed around a lot. Is it really that good? To me, it just looks like a one trick pony. I almost never use it in the Decks I have put it in. so I'm thinking of just not using it in most. Rank 4 LIGHT Warrior 2000/1000 2 Level 4 LIGHT monsters Once per turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card to target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its ATK becomes 0, and if it does, its effects are negated. When this card you control is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: Draw 1 card. Strider Tigerwolf
The fact that it's a reverse honest + effect veiler (permanently) is REALLY good, especially if you have the access to it. And then konami gave it a draw condition similar to Card Trooper in a 2000 Rank 4 LIGHT Warrior and you've got a pretty damn good card that's neither broken, yet useful at the same time. Worth running at least @1.

Althemia
Well, let's consider the pros and cons of the card:Pros:- Drains a monster to 0 ATK- Negates the effect of any monster it drains- Replenishes card advantage when it dies !!!Cons:- 2000 ATK.- Only one usageThe pros outweigh the cons a good amount honestly. Also the fact that you never make it doesn't necessarily mean that it's bad, it means that it's literally just an Extra in case of emergencies. You know, as the Extra Deck says. It'll be useful in the Dragon match for negating Dracosack and it'll be useful vs Evilswarm for making it possible to swing over the Ophion.Very good card, glad Konami gave it to us. Strider Tigerwolf
Even so, it's still pretty damn good since it fulfills it's duty and gives you cash-back. Even if it's a 1 time effect, skillful use can sometimes shift you the game. Koko you ninja :3 But yeah, this is more or less the kind of designed cards we need in the game vs. broken sh!t

I suppose it does make up for itself by getting you a card when you die as well.
Blake
It's also a double detach, which is a blessing because it enables a lot of LIGHT decks to make silly combos.
Expelsword
Some people don't realize the ability to detatch whenever is sometimes a strong point.

Can't during your opponent's, or am I wrong on this? (also inb4activateduringdamagestep)
Zazubat
Can't during your opponent's, or am I wrong on this? (also inb4activateduringdamagestep) Does it say it can? Then it means it can't. If it could though, that would be pretty insane, as it would make it a Quick, which would be very powerful.
Expelsword
I mean that they won't sit underneath the gameboard as Hope's materials sometimes do.

(also inb4activateduringdamagestep)He means as soon as it's summoned, as in doesn't have activation requirements other than detaching.
Strider Tigerwolf
I read the rulings. It's an ignition that can't be activated during the damage step. Oh wells, it's still pretty good.

It isn't as much a Ruling, as much as what ever single card that doesn't say it can only be used during at a specific time/all the time (quick effects). Blake
I mean, what the fuck guys. It's giving up 2 Level 4s for a floater that permanently negates and drops the opponent's monster to 0. It also double detaches, which Hunders and Constellar love, which are the two decks that will make this most. How in the hell could you think this was anything short of a great card? Aerion Brightflame
Wait, people think this is anything other than amazing? How? It's got: Great Attribute, good typing for the decks it's in, replenishes advantage, and basically cripples something your opponent controls for the game. Being one use does not condemn it anymore than Laggia being one use. It deserves a place in any deck that can make it, because it's probably one of the best outs in Rank 4's period. Even if you won't make it all the time, the times you do, you will be glad for it. Today... YCM baffles me.
evilhorus
This is the sort of card that makes me interested in yugioh again. Nice design, and most importantly, great art.

Superdoopertrooper
It's up there as one of the best rank 4's. It's a 2000 ATK floater that can run over any monster, negate its effects, inflict 2K damage, and draws you a card when it dies. Photoknight Paladius was still a better name though. I see this being splashed around a lot. ....
Bringerofcake
The funnest bit for me is in Noble Knights, when you give this a Gallatin to make it a 3000 negate-stuff-and-you-draw-if-it-dies-beater
