Moulinglacia should be banned. Gransoil is cool, Pyrorex sucks, Windrose is just unneeded.

I dig them too.

 

Grandsoil is the most splashable one. It helps decks like Psychics and X-Sabers.

 

Moulin has its place as a tech in Mermails. It being searchable by Dragoons is plain nuts.

 

Pyrorex is so underwhelming that it's probably not worth running anywhere.

 

Still haven't tested Windrose. I guess maybe Gustos can play it.

 

Unlike with E-Dragons, I wouldn't mind a DARK and a LIGHT one (if they're balanced enough, of course).

Moulinglacia shouldn't be banned as much as Dragoons should be.

Grandsoil and Pyrorex are cool, Windrose sucks. Honestly I think that Grandsoil is the best one because it's the only one actually worth building a deck around.

I love Grandsoil, because it's effective and Pyrorex for the art. I have yet to see someone play Windrose, though I tried it in Harpies and it sucked. Dead draw 9/10 times. Moulinglacia was really good in Mermails, but not many play Mermails anymore...

My only experience playing Windrose is in Dragunity, and it works well enough there, but few WIND decks are strong enough. Grandsoil and Moulin are awesome and a half, and are both well-supported types (perhaps too well...) Pyrorex needed to be full ATK.

I don't play Dragunity, but arn't they like never in the Graveyard for more then 2 seconds?

Grandsoil is kickass in a lot of decks, including lots of decks that I play, so he's pretty cool. Pyrorex is underwhelming and Windrose is unnecessary.

After you're done with your combo your pieces sit there for a turn, giving you a chance to drop Windrose. But I don't play it in Dragunity because it seems unnecessary.

I teched one in to see if it would be viable at all. Turns out it's very doable. However, this format its effect doesn't go off, but I'll take a free 2800 beater anyway.

The elemental grave control provided by the Dragon Rulers goes well with these. Specially Moulinglacia, as Tidal has a Foolish effect, and can be run with Frogs, who can control the number of WATER in the grave too.
