Northern Sage
Psychic/Effect 1500/1500 Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; increase that target's Level by 1. Last card revealed on the set. Discuss.
Zazubat
Wind is nice, messes up your opponent's moves if you have to, goes Rank 5, is Psychic.
newhat
Disruption, but at 1500 ATK it's going to be more useful for your own Rank 5 things...assuming you want to bother slipping in a WIND Psychic-Type.
evilfusion
It's not awful, it's just unneeded. It works on either turn, which is very nice, and it can affect any monster on the Field, which is also nice. But it doesn't actually help most Psychic Deck win conditions, as the other Risebell actually has a lot of benefits, like being Level 3 for E-Teleport and boosting Levels by up to 3. So being Level 4 is much tougher on this Risebell.

It's certainly interesting but it's certainly not needed in Psychics.
Sleepy
I know that "flavor", but I think Spellcaster would have suited it better because then it'd be Level disruption/adjustment + Gagaga Shield. It really doesn't have much Psychic-Type support.
