When this card is activated: Special Summon this card as a Effect Monster (Dragon-Type/LIGHT/Level 4/ATK 1800/DEF 1400) and gains the following effect:
● Continuous Spell cards you control cannot be destroyed by Card effects. When this card leaves the field; draw 1 card or by banishing 1 "Familiar Spell" card in your Graveyard, you can draw 2 cards instead.
[hr]In need of Flavour Music!
Another magical being beckons. Akin to his predecessor, this new Spell has came forth and began to shake against the binds of the world that ties it down. Through the art of the Familiar Spells, it seeks out to its Summoner and values its new chance for rising - he will ensure that he does not perish to do so.

Basically, I'm making this archetype.

Was this meant to be a continuous spell instead of a field spell? And would it remain a field spell/continuous spell when it is summoned, much like how trap monster still takes up a s/t zone. Overall, I don't see anything wrong with the card, just so long as the archetype doesn't focus too much on draw power.

I haven't looked at the rest of the archetype, but I honestly don't think it's a good idea to be able to Special Summon a Level 4 LIGHT beater from your hand without any sort of cost and to add to it, when it leaves the field you draw a card, resulting in a +1. OR if it was sent to the Graveyard, say via a Synchro Summon, you could banish it to draw 2 cards, resulting in a +2.

Drawing 2 cards is a bit much under any scenario, and yes, was this meant to be a Field Spell or a Continuous?

Could work in wonky Magical Hats decks with Geartown and the like, this drawing 2 cards per thing Spell destroyed. You could also use it in a Malefic Deck to punish your opponent's decision to blow up your field. If the monster dies, this doesn't die, correct?
