Not-so-Radiant Arin
You can discard 2 other WATER monsters to the Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand. When you do: You can add 1 "Abyss-" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can Tribute 1 otherface-up Attack Position WATER monster; this card can make a secondattack during each Battle Phase this turn.
Basically, it was the pride and joy of it's own Deck. It alone was the engine, along with Dragoons, and that was basically how Mermails worked. Plus it was $200 at one time and that's more money than I make in a week. Including tips. Discuss. Sora1499
What's great about him is that, on top of being a level 7 beat stick that searches other level 7 beat sticks (or a pseudo-rekindling) he triggers Atlanteans and gunde, which all pay for themselves, two if which (dragoons and gunde) do so in a veeeery potent matter. Althemia
I don't remember this ever being worth $200. Moulinglacia was for a point, but not this. This peaked at $120. As for the card, it's incredibly good and ruined by the fact that Atlanteans exist. Those pesky fish soldiers shouldn't exist and Mermail would have been a good deck type anyway. Toffee.
ruined by the fact that Atlanteans exist-Mermails in a nutshell.I mean, they literally have their own Atlantean-esque Mermails, but no, Atlanteans get more priority.
ihop
It's pretty much the most balanced card in Mermails, ditching 2 to summon it and search a Trap isn't too bad except when Dragoons and Abyss-Sphere exist.
