When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 monster with 0 DEF in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position, but its effects on the field are negated. During the turn you activate this effect, you cannot Special Summon other monsters, except from your Extra Deck. it's has decent stat's, special summons from your grave, draw backs aren't that big of deal and it's a level 4 tuner besides the summoning conditions, what's not to like? evilfusion Posted July 28, 2013 Report Share Posted July 28, 2013 I love the fact it's a Tuner. It easily makes Rank 4s or Level 5+ Synchros, depending on the Deck used. The drawbacks make it perfectly balanced, so you can't Synchro spam or something with multiples, and it's searching with King of the Feral Imps. Posted July 29, 2013 Report Share Posted July 29, 2013 No?Actually, in a way, it does.See, while the card itself is a Level 4 Tuner that revives other monsters, it EASILY promotes Synchro shenanigans.But at the same time, won't let you play other copies if you control something that's higher then 4.So it's a little ironic that it's a Tuner that promotes Xyz plays, over what would first spring to mind. Although he'll only be available as Ultra in the set (No Ultimate sadly) expected as much, it just goes to show how good it is Yeah I also espected a rarity bump as well. It is a good card though.
