Thomas★Zero
If you control a WATER monster: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that target's effects are negated, also that target cannot attack. When that target leaves the field, destroy this card. So Water Decks have their own Fiendish Chains.
heraldry_lord
A Negate Attack clone and now a Fiendish Chain clone. I love how creative they were with Number 4, but these Trap clones are ridiculous. Would it be such a stretch to just have them use the original Traps and be done with it? Zazubat
Well, unless it is searchable, no reason for it to exist. Its too conditional. The only thing it has over fiendish is that it can get non-effect monsters as well.
