-Berserker- Posted August 11, 2013 Report Share Posted August 11, 2013 Tribute Summoned monsters you control cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, card effects. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck. As a Monarch player since I started playing IRL, I had try this card. I can say it does make a difference. And not only makes Monarchs titanic monsters. It also gives other tribute monsters a chance to be boss. As you cannot use the Extra, you may as well play The Seal of Orichalcos for even more wallkicking. Some monsters I have tried with this are (most of them along with Orichalcos): Angel 07, B.E.S. monsters and Big Core (immune to battle), Belial - Marquis of Darkness/D.D. Star Esper Sparrow, Blizzard Princess, Blowback Dragon, Brain Golem (always one in my side deck), Dark Red Enchanter (more of the fun kind, but still), Dark Scorpion - Gorg the Strong (mostly with Orichalcos), Darlord Zerato (it survives it's selfdestruct), Divine Dragon Aquabizarre (I had to build a deck for it, as my DN monarch deck doesn't run Frogs), Either Dododo Warrior or Dododo Buster (I don't remember and I am in the zone, don't want to look for their effects), Earthbound Immorals, Fiendish Engine Omega (+1000 each turn), General Raiho of the Ice Barrier (fun tech in Monarchs, as they already take some of your opponents resources when summoned), Great Maju Garzett (a tech I like a lot), Guardian Sphinx (March still protects it after it is flipped face-down), Heroic Challenger - War Hammer, Jinzo, Mystical Beast of Serket (what inspired me to search for monsters that go with this), Needle Burrower, Raging Earth, Reptilianne Medusa, Satellite Cannon (this was a fun one), The End of Anubis (in my side deck in the Macro variant, because the opponent always sides in stuff that destroys macro), THE TYRANT NEPTUNE (I want to use it IRL), Tongue Twister (yeah, really, with Orichalcos), White Dragon Ninja (specially fun with this). Yes, basically whatever I found interesting in Dueling Network. For some reason, I haven't felt like using Wicked Gods, or the obvious Steelswarms.
