You must have 3 or more "Laval" monsters with different names in your Graveyard to activate and to resolve this effect. If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, banish it when it leaves the field. Now, you may think I'm crazy for posting a topic on this card, which isn't even useful in the deck its meant to support, but hear me out. This card actually has A LOT going for it. Pros: It's a tuner. It's an Onslaught target (It is actually only 1 of 3 tuner onslaught targets, the others being Fire Fist Spirit and Caribou.) It doesn't have any conditions involving its Synchro Summon, unlike the aforementioned tuners. IT'S AN ONSLAUGHT TUNER TARGET. (I can't stress this enough.) Also a Circle target to get off more than a single Synchro from it. In Fire Kings this gives you plenty of options: 5 (this plus yaksha/barong/bear), 8 (this plus blaster), and 9 (this plus two level 4's or this plus garunix/nepthys). Considering the rumors of Trishula's return, I am personally planning to splash a single copy of this in Fire Kings. Even if not, Fire Kings like Synchro options but don't like most Synchros. I feel this is a very good option for them. Cons though: Drawing it sucks shit (can be mitigated by tensu and wolfbark). Essentially a vanilla (though considering the most popular previous choice, Flamvell Magician, was also essentially a vanilla I don't think that is much of a detriment.) It isn't a Rekindling target if you're into that card. I'm not sure many people will even attempt to use it as Onslaught -> Garunix is considered such a bread and butter play. Onslaught into this, then wolfberk into another level 4 and bingo. You might also see this being run in 8-axis fire fists, since they also run onslaught.
