Because this is a very old anime card, many of you may not remember it, but I personally think it's very fun:

 

 

 

Select 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard that was sent there the previous turn, and add it to your hand.

 

This card is similar to Last Trick, an anime card I previously posted, but with 2 huge differences:

1) It can fetch any kind of card, and

2) it has to have gone there last turn.

 

This is one of those cards that, were it released as-is tomorrow, I see a a great mirror side. Fire Fist? Take that Tenki used to activate Bear. Bujin? Habakiri straight to hand. Blackwings? Same with Kalut.

 

Discuss this card's potential under the assumption it was released in time for YCS Toronto, as-is.

I thought it only worked on Spell Cards. Or, at least every time it was used in the anime, it only fetched a Spell Card. I recall Yugi grabbing Rafael's Monster Reborn.

And then the great imitator grabbing Judai's Emergency Provisions. Yeah, I'd have thought the same thing, but the lore does say "Card" and not "Spell Card" now that I've read it (it's blurry, but I can make out the crucial characters).

This would be something interesting if made for this format to see how you can take your opponents monsters, spells or traps and use them against them if used at the right moment.

I wonder what the ruling would be for this trying to target an Extra Deck monster? Could it go to your Extra Deck?

That'd be interesting to say the least, but I don't know how many situations would make that useful.

Imo cards that add your opponents cards to your hand shouldnt exist, they should only exist for the anime

Well, nobody seems to have a problem with Exchange or Chain Master, and to a much lesser extent Double Spell or Graverobber.
