:^)
2 Level 4 Winged Beast-Type monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent currently controls, and if you do, this card gains 300 ATK for each face-up card currently on the field, except this card (these effects are applied until your next Standby Phase). Why don't more Winged Beast decks abuse this guy, such as Harpies and Blackwings?
Miror B
They probably do, you just don't see them around, or they're too busy Harpy otk'ing
Maeriberii Haan
Both decks do summon this card. This card is really, really good against, well anything with a face-up card(Field focused decks, side decked continuous cards, or anything really), and potentially having stupid amount of ATK enough to overrun anything. This card is stupid good, and any deck that can summon it should run it. It won't dissapoint, except if ran incorrectly.
:^)
It can technically get up to +6000 ATK which is just crazy. (All S/T, Monsters and Field all face-up)
Wildflame
Screws Dracosack so badly.
Azuh
One of the reasons why Blackwings and Harpies will be stupidly good this format
Maeriberii Haan
I'll run 2 Cobalt Eagle just for this card.
Azuh
I'll run 2 Cobalt Eagle just for this card. Techable as Cobalt is, I still find it too cloggy to be good enough to be run in CBs.
Maeriberii Haan
Problem is, other options for CB monsters (aside from the top 3, Sapphire, Ruby, Topaz) are worse than cobalt. Cobalt gives you plover and Zerofyne, while the other do nothing(except maybe tortoise. Maybe). But CBs in general is somewhat a cloggy deck, so yeah. Eury
I play Harpies and I summon this all the time. :L Its really good. As said before, it screws over a lot of cards like Dracossack and Lead Yoke.
Dog King
2 cobalt eagle is good in crystal beast because it can also summon that xyz that needs wind monster without using saphire and yeah this is pretty good in bwing and they can summon this out easily

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I remember one time my opponent summoned this while I had a Zenmaines on the field... and they didn't activate her effect or have a follow up move. I destroyed it the next turn...
