Was thinking of some support for WIND monsters for a Custom Card when I stumbled upon this. I'm surprised no one has actually come up with a way to abuse this yet. Granted, it hits your field, too, but if you're planning on playing this, you'll already have a backup plan in motion, or just activate this card last.

Also realized... this card doesn't work on Xyz Monsters does it?

It doesn't, but there's another one that blocks you from Special Summoning monsters with a higher Level than the monster you reveal.

They don't have levels, so it doesn't affect them.
