I made a topic on this in the Written Cards section, but I decided to make the actual card:

Lore:
1 Level 5 Fusion Monster + 1 Level 5 Synchro Monster

Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card during the Main Phase, you can detach 1 XYZ material from this card to negate the activation of that card and destroy it. While this card has XYZ material(s), it gains the following effect(s)
• If this card has a Fusion Monster attached to this card as XYZ material, increase this card's ATK by 500.
• If this card has a Synchro Monster attached to this card as XYZ material: Once per turn, when your opponent's monster declares an attack, you can negate the attack and inflict damage equal to that monster's level or rank x100.

This card is way to weak.

First of, Getting 1 level 5 Fusion and Synchro monster on the field is hard.

The first effects Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card during the

Main Phase, you can detach 1 XYZ material from this card to negate the activation of that card and

destroy it is fine i guess

But you should really buff the second effects, a lot , a very lot.

You could also increase the ATK to 2800 or something.

I on the other hand, think it is fine. It is plenty powerful.

Any Synchro-centric can make Level 5 Synchros and tech an Instant Fusion. Especially for a 3000 ATK monster that negates attacks and negates up to 2 Spell/Trap Cards.

I'd say it's even in the "too good" side a bit.

Laggia x2 you'd say.

It's basically Shi En, being able to negate a Spell or Trap card, but only during their Main Phase, so it's at least watered down. I will agree that it is a bit tough to get out, and not all Decks have the extreme capacity of being able to tech in an Instant Fusion with a Level 5 Synchro Deck. Most Level 5 Synchros would want to keep Synchro'ing anyway (Librarian in particular) and partly don't want anything to do with this card. Having a 3k beater is okay, that's fine. I would seriously consider buffing the Synchro ability, considering that as it stands, the burn is rather lackluster for the effort needed to get it out. I'd consider something like "inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's Level/Rank x 300", where before it was 100. That way, it counterbalances the difficulty of bringing out the card while still not being worthless.

Good point. I could bump up the burn a bit.

I did make it so if you negate, you lose one of it's bonuses. Also, I made it to combo with Black and White Wave.
