Thomas★Zero
Pot of Hope Spell Card Activate this card while you control a face-up Light Warrior-Type monster with 2500 ATK: Draw 2 cards. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activated this card. You can only activate "Pot of Hope" once per turn.
◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
This card would be unbelievably broken in a Lightsworn Deck. Even in Krishna Fairys. I like the concept, but even if you can't Summon, it's still a +2 with a JD, Krishna, even LRs.

If anything, it's absolute shit because it's overly restricted. The restriction on setting cards is overkill, and the retrictions on Normal Summons is too much as well. I guarantee a Pot of Greed that prevents SSing that turn along with the other conditions (meaning Utopia or whatever had to survive a turn) isn't broken in the slightest, and the fact that it has such an inconsistent shot at being live in anything not Constellar makes it not worth using.Even in Constellar, where you can pump out Pleiades, it's not worth it because of the fact it's only good one you're set up/have Kaus/Tenki/Bear. It doesn't help you dig in to win, it only helps when you've gotten rolling.Remove the Set and NS retrictions, they're pointless and over the top restrictive. ◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
Ahhh, right. That was bad reading on my part. You are right Yuzuru. My bad. :P And boy oh boy, I have been away from Yugioh for far too long it seems. Haha. After reading Yuzuru's comments, he is exactly right. I apologize for being an airhead. Haha. Fixed based on this though had it as any summon just to prevent it from being too Broken.
infinitysqrd
Judging from the name I feel you intended to have this card fit into the Utopia archetype, considering his name in Japan is Numbers 39: King of Wishes, Hope, if that is the case, this is an excellent tech card.
