Not-so-Radiant Arin
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by discarding Dragon-Type monsters from your hand whose total levels equal 8. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, activate 1 of these effects: * Banish 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard. * Draw 1 card. * Add 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. You may only activate 1 effect of "Midnight Mystic Dragon" per turn, and only once per turn.
Not enough Main Deck Boss Monsters in the world... BoricuaBeast
Based on the conditions, it seems good overall. Although, there's a lot of splashable 8's that makes this easy to summon and abuse if done properly. I think making the minimum 2 monsters as a cost of summon to balance out the remainder of the effect, that of which is reasonable, due to the circumstances of the activation. TheKaitoKid
I think it's fine as is. It's a -1 to summon and has to destroy a monster and send it to the Graveyard to even go neutral on the turn you summon it (using him alone). As is, it's fine. It could possibly be a tech in Evilfusion.dek but it probably wouldn't see too much play. It's also plenty strong so that's good too.
D.A._Sakuyamon
Question, is it's summon an effect? It's an okay card in that it's not to playable in E-Dragons but it is still an okay target for them. You could also play it in Dragunities for the grave and hand set up. All of it's 3 effects are decent and the biggest one I consider is the Dragon to hand effect. Which lets you get debris and any other Dragon tuner you want. Though going for the banish is definitely a nice touch to. I would say reduce the level to 7 but I'll refrain from that cause then it's play-ability in E-Dragons would go up. It's a condition like Cyber Dragon's. The card is fine. It's most immediate uses I can think of are Blue-Eyes decks, letting Trade-In have more consistency when it appears. Little does the Maiden care where the Blue-Eyes ends up at after all xP It lets you search for White Stone, do Consonance and get your 2 draws plus Blue Eyes in hand. Good thing it needs to kill something, or it'd be the start of a derpy deck.
