L0SS
The Cardmaker has a shiny new template, so I thought I may as well create a card to celebrate the occasion. Please tell me what you think to the effect, as I'm not entirely sure what to make of a Rank 8 Xyz version of Brionac. It's simple, but hopefully pretty useful, too. 3 Level 8 Monsters Once per turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card to target 1 card on the field and attach it to this card as an Xyz Material. Not-so-Radiant Arin
If you wanted to recreate Brionac, this probably wasn't the way to do it. It chews through your opponent's field presence like it was ice cream, and is an infinitely recurring source of Xyz Materials. It's also 3k ATK and DEF, meaning that it won't go down easily except by a Jeweled RDA/Scrap Dragon. It being a Level 8 means Decks like Gimmick Puppets can make this card with exceptional ease, as they could combo it with Grinder for a huge amount of potential plussing. It being Fiend also means it gets support from Gates of Dark World, making it even beefier than it already is. It's a costless form of removal, which I don't like. I think I forgot how easy it is to access Rank 8s nowadays. If I made it 3 Material, would it be more suitable? Or just something else entirely. Not-so-Radiant Arin
Making it 3 Mat wouldn't change how broken the actual effect is, just how hard it is to get the card out.
D.A._Sakuyamon
I'm going to have to agree with Arin here. It literally makes up for it's summon cost the turn you play it. Can still attack that turn and is a beast of in terms of beaters. To make matters worse is that you wanted to make it after Brionic. In many ways I would say you more then easily accomplished your goal. This would definitely be used in "any"deck that can run Rank 8s and hell I'd argue that this card s even more powerful then BLS. Cause unlike BLS this guy gets rid of 2 monsters and will likely get a free direct attack. Did I mention that this hits your opp.s face downs? No? Well it does, I shouldn't even have to say how derp that is. Now how to balance it? Welp, for starters I'd make it a once per turn, then I'd change it so it doesn't get the reattach. That alone is the reason why it's too good. You could change it so the card in question gets sent to the top of the deck instead.
Sleepy
Just the other day I made a really fun play where I made a Neo Galaxy Eyes and a Tachyon Dragon in the same turn. This card is too broken. If I had to suggest something, I'd say make it 3 Materials, but that alone is not gonna be enough. I'd say you should try having a 2:1 Material exchange. So detaching 2 to attach 1. So it'd be Summoned with 3 materials, end up with 2 after the first time, and with 1 after the second time. A third time would require you to somehow recharge it. Okay, that sounds like a decent compromise. I'll edit it accordingly. Thanks for the input. Edit: Done.
