Trascendant Seal of the Sky

Upon the new card maker's update, I decided to look around my list of cards and found an oldie that I just updated a bit.

The drawing is mine~

Can be Special Summoned from your hand if you control a Normal Monster. If equipped or used for a Fusion Summon, that card gains  the original ATK, DEF, and effects of "Trascending Seal of the Sky". Once per turn: You can equip it to a monster on the field OR unequip it and Special Summon it. If it inflicts Battle Damage: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card; destroy it. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, you can destroy this card instead.)

It's accidentally meant to be a small casual boost for Elemental HERO monsters that do like vanillas (or Allius).

It gives a use to Great Tornado after it has been Summoned (as if 2800 ATK wasn't enough).

HERO Mask makes this able to work in any HERO. Even though that'd be too advantage-consuming... I should try and design another card just for that....

Also, even without that support, this card still is equippable to any monster, making "Roll-out" somewhat splashable as a 1-time protection that potentially becomes an Extra Deck monster next turn, that can also be a backrow hate effect.

This might be more incredible then meets the eye.

All because of this. "If equipped or used for a Fusion Summon, that card gains this card's ATK, DEF, and effects."

Assuming that carriers over to the fusion then you could make a fusion monster and then make another fusion monster and have it gain the previous fusion monsters Atk/Def along with it's effects. Zero could become a super beater with it's already annoying nuke effect.

Now of course, this lovely lady also has some nice Xyz/Syncro potential too. You could run a Normal Harpy Deck and still be able to pump out Plover.

She's definitely a nice card and the arts good. ^_^

I really like the artwork, especially those details like the whirlwind, the black leaves and the symbol in her arms (which I assume is the Trascendant Seal the name speaks of).

At first I didn't get where she was meant to be played, until I read your comment on HEROes. But as D.A. explains, there is a lot going for her than it looks like.

For starters, the first effect can help decks with Level 4 Normal Monsters to swarm and go for an Xyz, such as Noble Knights and perhaps anything with Rescue Rabbit.

Then, after looking at the artwork I thought it would be a Harpie support but the Fairy-Type ruined it, which is not actually the case because as a WIND she can still work with Harpie Dancer, and Harpie Channeler can search for a Normal Harpie and then you can Special Summon this card.

Thank you n.n
It's actually funny. Back in 2010 when I originally uploaded this, it was overpowered. It's pretty interesting =D

I could add something like: gains the original ATK, DEF, and Effect of "Trascendant Seal of the Sky".

Otherwise, if the effect stacking is not too strong, the ATK stacking probably is now that I think about it ^^"

Hmm I wonder... I think I could make it a Winged Beast.

On the bright side, she can make Fairy Cheer Girl, but still..

Thank you n.n

EDIT:

Updated it so that you can't get a 5k ATK Absolute 0 with Tempest's, Ab0's, and this card's effects (plus).

Also, another use for the card in the OP.
