evilfusion Posted September 17, 2013 Report Share Posted September 17, 2013 Unfortunately, until we actually know more about it, there's nothing to discuss. It might make Number 40 more playable (unlikely), but it (probably) requires you to run Barian's Force or Numeron Force in Rank 8 focused Decks, such as Gimmick Puppets, which would probably hurt the Deck more than help it. Without knowing its effects, it's a dead end. The only other Rank-Up monsters for a Rank 8 Deck, until Neo Tachyon is released, is Ultimatrainer, which is a Warrior and therefore has no synergy with this.
